This is a blog about photography as I see it, related material, travel, equipment, friends and everything I like to blog about.

I like to feature and write about works by young and up & coming photographers, people with a passion for the medium and an eye for new imagery.

Steven was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is a freelance photographer based in London. Steven began his photographic career writing travel features to accompany his photographs for corporate in-house magazines on places like Paris, Turkey, Vietnam and Singapore. Currently he specialises in portraits and events, as well as fashion and editorial photography.

He has recently released his second publication MALAYSIANS, a collection of portraits celebrating the diverse ethnicity of Malaysia today, with accompanying text by UK based journalist Haliza Hashim-Doyle.

Steven's industry motto is 'keep it simple' and 'if your equipment is too heavy, leave it behind', often working with one body and one lens.
